Refund Policy
If you have any concerns about a Beauty Hall purchase, please visit us in store along with the product, and one of our dedicated team will do their best to assist you.
Exchanges and Refunds
Bobby’s Beauty wants you to be happy with everything you purchase from us, however we realise from time to time you may wish to return or exchange an item you have purchased.
You can return your purchased item within 21 days from the day of purchase, by visiting the Beauty Hall at Bobby’s of Bournemouth.
Your items will need to be unopened, in a resaleable condition and accompanied with your purchase receipt and you will be offered a refund or replacement.
Unless faulty, products which have been opened or damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We will only replace items that are available in store, and we will not process a refund or take liability for items that have been sent into store via courier or post.
We will refund via the original payment/tender format detailed on the receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
